1. About Soul Nourishment LLC

Soul Nourishment LLC is an integrative health coaching practice owned and operated by Leah Vong, a certified Integrative Healing Practitioner, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and Occupational Therapist. For the purposes of these Terms, references to ‘Practitioner,’ ‘Coach,’ or ‘Leah Vong’ refer collectively to Leah Vong as an individual and to Soul Nourishment LLC. Our services include health coaching programs, functional lab test interpretation, digital courses, and educational content focused on gut health, food sensitivities, and functional wellness.

2. Nature of Services — Not Medical Advice

IMPORTANT: The information and services provided by Soul Nourishment LLC are for educational and coaching purposes only. By using this website or engaging in any program, you acknowledge and accept that Leah Vong as an Integrative Healing Practitioner and Health Coach:

  • Operates as a health and wellness practitioner, not a licensed medical provider
  • Offers educational and supportive services that are complementary to, not a substitute for, medical care
  • Does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease
  • Does not prescribe medications or dispense prescription products
  • Is not liable for any losses you may suffer by relying on information given

Use of our services does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. Always consult your doctor or a licensed medical professional before making changes to your diet, supplements, medications, exercise routine, or healthcare plan.

3. Functional Lab Testing

Leah Vong as an Integrative Healing Practitioner may obtain laboratory test results and provide an educational and nutritional interpretation of those results. This interpretation is for personal educational use only and is not a medical diagnosis. Your doctor may use the same results to diagnose and treat disease; Leah Vong does not.

Leah Vong makes no warranty as to the accuracy of laboratory test results she receives, and accepts no liability for failure to identify any medical condition or disease. For any medical interpretation of test results, please consult your qualified healthcare provider.

4. Programs and Services

Soul Nourishment LLC offers the following services (subject to change):

  • The Root Cause Reset — 3-month 1:1 health coaching program
  • The Deep Healing Program — 6-month 1:1 health coaching program
  • The Food Freedom Course — digital self-study program
  • Premium Package — combining 1:1 coaching and digital coursework
  • Digital downloads, assessments, and other resources

Full program details, inclusions, and current pricing are listed at leahvong.com. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any service at any time. Leah Vong is generally available Monday through Thursday, 9am-5pm PST, excluding holidays. Messages will be returned within 72 hours. Advance notice will be given for planned unavailability such as vacations.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment for coaching and integrative healing services must be received before services commence. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, or other third-party payment processors. By enrolling in a program, you authorize Soul Nourishment LLC to charge the payment method you provide. Prices are listed in USD.

Soul Nourishment LLC cannot be held liable for any breach of security or protocol by third-party payment processors. By using these processors, you agree that if you are damaged as a result of their actions, you will pursue only the directly responsible party and hold Soul Nourishment LLC and Leah Vong harmless.

Payment plans, where offered, require completion of all installments regardless of whether you complete the program. If payment becomes outstanding at any point, services will be paused until the balance is resolved.

6. Refund Policy

Your success depends on your own dedication, effort, commitment, and follow-through. Results vary by individual, and no guarantees of any specific health outcome can be made. For this reason:

  • All services are non-refundable once commenced.
  • There are no refunds or credits for partial months of service, or for unused time in an open account.
  • Digital products (courses, downloads, assessments) are non-refundable once accessed.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

For 1:1 coaching sessions, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited. Scheduling is managed through Calendly; refer to your booking confirmation for full details.

8. Termination

Soul Nourishment LLC reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship at any time under the following circumstances:

  • The client is threatening, verbally abusive, or manipulative
  • The client posts Leah Vong’s protocols on social media or the internet without permission
  • The client follows outside protocols that Leah Vong believes may cause harm, or repeatedly adds supplements, drugs, or other interventions without disclosure

No refund or credits will be provided for unused time if the Practitioner terminates for any of the above reasons. The client remains responsible for any outstanding installment payments.

9. Client Responsibilities

By enrolling in our services or using our website, you agree to:

  • Communicate honestly and provide accurate health history information
  • Take full responsibility for your own health decisions, choices, and outcomes
  • Understand that results vary by individual and are not guaranteed
  • Consult your doctor before making changes to your diet, supplements, medications, or exercise routine
  • Not post Leah Vong’s protocols on social media or the internet without written permission
  • Use content and programs for personal, non-commercial purposes only

10. Intellectual Property

All content on leahvong.com — including text, graphics, course materials, podcast episodes, protocols, email content, and assessments — is the intellectual property of Soul Nourishment LLC and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

11. Testimonials and Results

Any testimonials, case studies, or client stories shared on our website represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results. Health outcomes depend on many individual factors. We make no warranties about specific results from our programs. If you choose to submit a testimonial, any identifying information you provide will be publicly posted and you release Soul Nourishment LLC from liability for that disclosure. You may request removal of a testimonial at any time by contacting us.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Leah Vong will provide services with reasonable care and skill, but makes no other warranty, express or implied. Specifically:

  • No warranty is made as to the accuracy of laboratory test results
  • No warranty is made as to the quality or effectiveness of any product, treatment, or supplement discussed
  • No warranty is made that information on our website, social media, or program materials is complete or error-free
  • Our website and services are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free access

All other warranties are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soul Nourishment LLC and Leah Vong exclude all liability in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Any loss arising from reliance on educational information or supplement/lifestyle suggestions provided
  • Any loss arising from a product or treatment you choose to use
  • Any loss arising from laboratory results or their interpretation
  • Any failure to identify a medical condition or disease

Notwithstanding the above, Soul Nourishment LLC’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

14. Arbitration, Disputes, and Governing Law

In the event of a dispute between Soul Nourishment LLC and a Client or User, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association, conducted by a single arbitrator. Any judgment on the award rendered may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Unless specifically set forth herein, no award of consequential or other damages may be made to the client. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised ‘Last updated’ date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
