Payments and Refund Policy
Payments: Payments for products and services for Soul Nourishment LLC are made through third-party resources, including PayPal and other third-party payment companies. Soul Nourishment LLC cannot be held liable for any breach of security or protocol by these third-party entities, and in using them, you, the User or Client, agree that if you are damaged in some way as a result of their behavior, that you will pursue only the party that is directly involved in a breach of your information, and will hold the Soul Nourishment LLC and Leah Vong harmless in such matters.
Refunds: For my health coaching services, I aim to have satisfied clients, if for any reason you, the Client, do not feel continuing the program is beneficial for you at this time in your life, you may choose to pause the program until a later date or withdraw from the program and terminate coaching services. If you, the Client, choose to pause or withdraw from the program for any reason, you will remain financially responsible for any sessions that have already been delivered.
Soul Nourishment LLC or the Coach reserves the right to cancel the program if she feels that it’s not beneficial for the coaching program to continue. If this happens you, the Client, are responsible for any and all sessions that have already occurred.
Testimonials
If you voluntarily choose to share your personal story on the testimonial page, any identifying information that you do provide will be publicly posted and you would irrevocably absolve Soul Nourishment LLC and Leah Vong from any liability for your own public disclosure on that forum. Should you decide after the fact that you were mistaken in posting your personal information publicly, you may contact me with a request to remove the testimonial.
Liability Release
Any User of this website acknowledges that they take full responsibility for their and their family’s health, lives, and well-being. The User/ Client takes full responsibility for all decisions made during and after using this website or receiving coaching services. The User/ Client assumes the risk of any lifestyle, diet, or supplement changes they choose to make as a result of information provided on this website.
The information that this website provides contains general health and wellness guidelines and information and is intended to provide general information to the users of this website and for clients of Soul Nourishment LLC. The information provided is not intended or recommended to take the place of your mental health or medical practitioner. Soul Nourishment LLC and leavong.com do not offer medical advice and if you need medical advice for diagnosis or treatment, the User agrees to consult his/her medical or mental health practitioner.
The User/ Client is responsible for creating and implementing his/her own choices, actions, and results. As such, the User/ Client agrees that Soul Nourishment LLC is not and will not be liable for any or all actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services or information provided by the coach. The User/ Client understands that Soul Nourishment LLC will not be providing therapy or any medical advice and that these services do not substitute for therapy or medical services. Leahvong.com and the coaching services provided by Soul Nourishment LLC do not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
The Client or User has chosen to work with Soul Nourishment LLC or use leahvong.com and understands the information received from this website or program should not be seen as medical advice. If the User/ Client has a medical condition, they should seek help from a licensed medical professional. The Client understands that Soul Nourishment LLC is not here to provide health care, medical services, nutrition therapy services, or to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition or disease. When coaching services are provided, the Coach is a mentor and a guide who has been trained in holistic health coaching to help clients achieve their goals through sustainable diet and lifestyle practices. If the Client is currently taking medications, receiving mental health services, or under the care of a mental or medical health professional, the Client should discuss dietary changes or potential supplements with his/her doctor or medical or mental health practitioner first. The Client should never discontinue medication without consulting his/her doctor first.
Arbitration & Limited Liability
Except as expressly provided in this agreement, Soul Nourishment LLC makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will the Soul Nourishment LLC be liable to the User/ Client for consequential or special damages.
In the event that there ever arises a dispute between Soul Nourishment LLC and User/ Client with respect to the services provided by Soul Nourishment LLC or information provided on leahvong.com, you agree that the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Soul Nourishment LLC and you, or its business partners and associates. Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products or services you purchase from Soul Nourishment LLC shall be arbitrated by state or federal court of Washington State and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Notwithstanding any damages that the User/ Client may incur, Soul Nourishment LLC’s and the Coach’s entire liability under this agreement, and the client’s exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount paid by the Client to the Coach/ Soul Nourishment LLC under this agreement for all services rendered up until the termination date of services. Unless specifically set forth herein, no award of consequential or other damages may be awarded to the User/Client.
Concluding This Agreement
This is the entire agreement of the parties, and reflects a complete understanding between Soul Nourishment LLC and you, the User, with respect to the use of this website, leahvong.com and any communications, products, or services associated with Soul Nourishment LLC.
This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations. You consent to be bound by this agreement by visiting leahvong.com or agreeing to the services, products, or information provided by Soul Nourishment LLC or Leah Vong.
This agreement shall be construed according to the laws of the state of Washington. If any provision of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, all remaining portions shall be severed and remain enforceable.
