One thing you can do to lower the toxic burden on your body is to reduce the number of toxins that are in your environment, including your home. A significant amount of our environmental toxic exposure comes from our homes. Fortunately, this is the place in which we’re able to make the most change.
In this episode, I give you some of the simplest ways to decrease toxic exposure in your home environment. I include a variety of strategies for cleaning up both your water and air and offer actions you can take right away.
