Ingredients
3-4inches ginger grated or finely chopped
4 cupsfiltered water
1lemon
2teaspoonsraw honeyorganic is best
Instructions
Add ginger and water to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil
Reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes
Remove from heat and strain into cups, tossing the solids
Add honey and lemon to taste
