Nut and Seed Almond Butter Protein Balls
Ingredients

creamy almond butter

cup
unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2
cup
hemp, chia, or flax seeds
I like to pick 2 and use a 1/4 cup each
1/2
cup
almonds
1/2
cup
walnuts or pecans
1
cup
cashews
1/8
cup
cacao nibs
1/2
tsp
sea salt
3
Tablespoons
real maple syrup
1 1/2
teaspoons
vanilla extract
Instructions
Pulse nuts, seeds, and sea salt in a food processor until nuts are coarsely ground
Add all other ingredients and mix well
Roll into 1 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet
Harden in the freezer for 1 hour
Store in the refrigerator or freezer
